Where can I get stepparent adoption forms in Carson City, Nevada or online??
I'm the one terminating the rights, though. Why do I need a lawyer?
I am not sure you can. You'll probably have to go to a lawyer as you have to go to court to get bio parent rights terminated , then go thru the adoption process. Its alot more than just filling out papers.
