I have a controlled substance felony on my record, can I still be a post-secondary teacher in michigan?
Probably not. Having convictions for controlled substances bars you from getting certified in many States, including Indiana. I would imagine that Michigan is similar, since their licensing standards are a bit tighter than most I've seen.
