What were the movies that inspired Indiana Jones?

What are some of the b-movies and saturday matinees that inspired the indiana jones movies? I saw a lot of clips paticularly in this video: http://www.spike.com/video/cinemassacre-top-10/3197473 and I wondered what a lot of them were.

George Lucas and Steven Spielberg created Indiana Jones as an homage to the classic adventure series and films that they grew up with. Here are some classic Adventure films from early 20th century. The genre of films in which cliffhanger action scenes, just like in the Indiana Jones films, originated.
