Hand-tinting photographs issues?
I was tinting a photograph using Marshall's photo oil colors. In the directions, it says if you don't like the way it's looking, just use the Marlane, which comes with the kit, to remove the color. When I did so, it removed the picture! I can't find any contact information on the kit or the directions to ask the manufacturing company about this. Has anyone else had this issue? Besides NOT using the Marlane again, what can I do to avoid it happening again?
I'm guessing that the print you were using was not a regular photographic print but a digital photo printer print........right? The chemicals were not made for that type of print.
