Are there any places in Cedar Rapids, Iowa that would buy my computer?
I have a very powerful computer that I want to sell, but I don't nessecarily want to take the time to try and find somebody. Are there any stores that buy computers? I live in Cedar Rapids Iowa. T

I don't live in Cedar Rapids...but I can tell you with almost 100% certainty that no commercial entity will ever buy your used home computer. There are places that will buy used business class machines/servers, but no way will any store every buy a used home machine to resell it.
You're going to be stuck with eBay or Craigslist...or your local newspaper.
