Why is Lil Wayne going to jail again and why is his concert in North Little Rock?

and why is he not in jail now. is he going to be arrested. how years he got to be sentenced. is that going to ruin his rep. what songs is he doing. any one of them dedicated to North Little Rock. is the concert going to be sold out. will it add to his sentence as well if he has miss conducts, its little Wayne he is a good rapper! What jail is he going to be held.

Because he's a black guy and a rapper, it's like a requirement. I think they strive to brag about going to prison. Stats don't lie.
