Are the people from the Indiana Blood Center thank-you notes real?
I got from the Indiana Blood Center. It says "I know you weren't probably expecting this thank-you note. But I wasn't expecting to be alive to send it. Jim Brown, Leukemia Survivor" But, it's like a post-card that looks to be mass produced and the photo of "Jim Brown" is professional.
It probably is mass produced but it it is also most certainly true. Someone is alive today because you were sufficiently unselfish to give your own life blood which, thankfully, you can replenish easily. We never know when, or if, circumstances will change.
