Aerial View
Zillow has incorrectly identified our house on the aerial view....how can I get them to change it,..?
Our house is not correctly identified on the aerial view. I have tried emailing them to no avail.
Zillow uses statistics to predict property values. They do not represent or warrant that the information they provide is correct. Users should be aware of this.
If you truly believe that Zillow is interfering with your right to sell your home due to material misstatements on their part, send them a written complaint certified mail. Tell them that if they do remove the erroneous information that you hold them responsible for all damages and make take further measures including legal action against them.
That may or may not get their attention. If it doesn't you may want to, see an attorney, sue for money, seek a court order requiring Zillo to delete the incorrect information.
