Which may soon call home service teacher in the Washington / Maryland / VA?
Hello, I am a student graduate course in search of a new place to call home in the DMV (DC / Maryland / VA) area. I'm from New York (By way of Brooklyn). I was in Virginia Hampton Roads area for the past 5 years to finish my undergraduate and graduate English teaching high school. Because the cost of living in New York is ridiculous, I decided not to return to New York after graduation this spring. So I consider the DMV area because after the few times I visited, I feel that I will be able to quickly become comfortable and familiar with the area while being able to locate and revive the city life as I did before I left for college. Where are some of the most beautiful areas to live in the DMV area that is affordable and easy for me to commute (by car or subway) to and from DC? If you Please keep in mind that I will be the first teacher in-service per year. I'll have a good salary, but not pay a salary like that of a person in corporate America.
What is affordable for you? In this area, the best thing is to use the subway, if you want to find a place near a metro stop, but these places tend to be slightly more expensive because everyone is looking for them:) Another choice is to find a place near a bus stop that takes you to the subway. I am a bit to become a real estate agent (waiting for my license driving), I will be happy to talk and find the best place for you.
