gas station !?

I am planning to buy a gas station located on Route46. i was wondering whats the average profit for gas stations ! i heard its between 1.5 million to 3 million annually. is it a good business.. i wanted to ask a gas station owner but i couldnt get hold of any.

There is no way a person can give you the answer that you are looking for. I had three different stations and all three earned differing amounts. You want to know then go to the station and ask to see their books. I would buy no business with out looking at the books first.
