i thought it was about a boy warning he's friend about a girl whos a slut and that shes just gonna break hes heart but i dont understand that he says this

what does he mean by this, is he falling for the girl, is this like a love quote ?
No no, I think you have to really listen to the song.
Here's what I think it's about.
At first, it's about John's friend who's going out with a, like you said, slut and yes, he's sure that the slut is going to break his friend's heart. He says, "She's fresh to death, she'll be the death of you, seduction leads to destruction. She's fresh to death, she'll be the death of me," which shows that later on, he's kind of thinking that he'll probably fall for her too.
Then John goes on to say how she's annoying, and he really dislikes her, but despite that, John's friend is still head over heels in love with the slut.
Then he says that the girl will never change, she will always be a slut, she's not worth his time.
"Cute face, slim waist, got 'em in a craze, yeah I think I'm going crazy. I have a long list of things to say but I'll leave it at 'you amaze me.'"
This line differs from the similar one at the beginning of the song, "Cute face, slim waist, got 'em in a craze, yeah we think he's going crazy."
Which basically is saying John has fallen for the girl as well.
So yeah, in conclusion, the song is about a guy's friend falling for a slut. The guy hates the girl at first, while the friend is blind to her slutiness (if that makes sense). But over time, the guy falls for the slut as well.
