How bulk mail me that? Non-Profit?

I am a 9 grader and I am setting up an academic competition for 3rd to 8th grade in my county. There will be cash prizes for the winners of the top couple contest. However, each person entering the contest must pay a fee to test $ 15. 100% will be donated to the American Red Cross Relief Fund-Haiti. How do I advertise this? It is 100% non-profit and I do not many non-profit tax identification. I tried to call the newspapers to write articles, but I have not received a response. Advertising is very expensive in the newspapers, so what should I tell them? I can also send postcards and flyers, but how could I do in sending Loose? I do not have a mailing list or anything .. Thank you!

If you're not a nonprofit, you can not mail Bulk prices profit, even if you give all proceeds to charity. You will need proof of tax exemption to establish an account with the Post Office. And make a mailng bulk, you need to buy or make a list, and private information, such the addresses of students graduate in your country will not be available publicly. Honestly, I'm not sure this is even legal - running a "contest" that requires an entrance fee could be considered the game / game of your state / city, and even if you are not a nonprofit organization, you can not be allowed to do so. Check the gambling laws of your state, you can probably find online. Are you sure it's legal, why not talk to school administrators in your country to see if they allow you to view leaflets or posters around the schools, or whether they will deliver your letters to parents of children in the age group? Just wonder ... If "100%" profits will be donated, which provides cash prizes to the winners?
