What can you observe in a community center?

im supposed to do an assignment for sociology. we were supposed to go see the community center in a non "intrusive" manner. I missed my chance to go and now I need ur help!. What can you observe? as the rules and how people interact?

What is the main goal of this center? this purpose subsidiary that are a result Staff? how democratic are the methods of treatment and definition of objectives and proposals to remedy it? are people who speak with more authority than others? this other unauthorized purposes is central to addressing or help?
