anyone live in bay shore ny? whats it like? i heard its kind of ghetto.. im moving there in a month?
just need an idea of what its like
I would not say that it is the best part of Long Island, but I don't think that it is "ghetto". I think that it is an area where working class people live.
The area is about half black and Latino and that makes it ghetto to the ignorants out there. the Median household income is $70k, which is $10k above the national average, but $20k below the Suffolk average.
