I was in the background when Transformers was filming on 5th Ave in New York, would i be seen in it?

Would they cut me out or would i be on the background.
there was this black bike and cameras filming it and i was walking on the street when it drove by and the camera was right in front of me, it definatly took a shot of me; would i be in the movie? what are the chances? there were pther people in the street looking at it, would they appear in it too?

depends if that shot was put in the movie they take a lot of shots
